These terms govern your use of the Reconnect early access page at this website. By submitting your email, you agree to these terms.
What this site is
This is a pre-launch early access list for Reconnect, an iOS screen-time coaching app currently in development. Signing up does not give you access to any software. It simply reserves your spot on the list and locks in any launch discount offered at the time of signup.
What you're agreeing to
- You consent to us storing your email address in our email platform (Resend) for the purpose of notifying you when Reconnect launches.
- You may receive one launch announcement email. We will not spam you.
- You confirm the email address you provided is yours.
Launch discounts
If you signed up through an offer form advertising a 20% launch discount, that discount will be honoured when the app launches on the App Store, provided the offer was active at the time of your signup. Reconnect reserves the right to change pricing for new signups at any time, but will not retroactively remove confirmed discounts.
No guarantee of launch date
Reconnect is in development. We do not guarantee a specific launch date. If the project is discontinued, we will notify early access list subscribers and delete all stored email addresses.
Unsubscribe
Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link, which stops future emails immediately. If you'd rather have your email address fully deleted from our systems, email support@reconnectme.app with the subject "Delete my data" and we will remove it within 7 days.
Limitation of liability
This site is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, which is zero since the early access list is free.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
